You bring the idea. We'll bring the software.

We build research-grade education technology and durable web platforms for serious partners.

Our current focus is the MORE collaborative learning prototype: same-device student play, turn-taking, role-specific prompts, and practical classroom workflows on the Crudspa/Maker foundation.

What We Build

Research-grade learning software

Incubooter builds serious web software for education, research, and product teams that need more than a brochure site or a one-off prototype. Our work sits where learning science, school operations, secure data, and day-to-day product delivery meet.

For the FY 2026 ED/IES SBIR Phase IB opportunity, our immediate focus is expanding the MORE digital activities with same-device collaborative play: students choosing solo or classmate mode, confirming a classmate with an access credential, taking turns on one iPad, following role-specific directions, and talking through learning tasks.

  • Shared-iPad collaboration flows for classroom learning
  • Turn-taking, roles, prompts, prerequisite steps, and reveal-style activities
  • Prototype delivery designed for research review, privacy review, and future pilot work

How We Help

Product incubation

Incubooter is a for-profit software company built to carry promising software products from idea to durable operation. We can partner around a focused product opportunity, build the technical foundation, operate the live system, and keep improving the product after launch.

That model fits education technology especially well. Research teams and domain experts often have strong content, strong evidence, and strong relationships, but still need a practical software partner who can make the product real, secure, and maintainable.

  • Product strategy, architecture, and implementation
  • Long-term hosting, operations, support, and enhancement
  • Commercial planning for products that need to move from prototype to market

Platform development

We build data-heavy web platforms on the Crudspa/Maker foundation: .NET, SQL Server, Blazor WebAssembly, Azure, reusable content modules, and metadata-driven generation. The goal is to reduce repetitive infrastructure work so more effort goes into the product-specific workflows that matter.

For education and research products, that means portals for students, educators, researchers, publishers, districts, and support teams can share a coherent technical backbone without forcing every project to start from scratch.

  • Secure portals, authoring workflows, dashboards, and operational tools
  • Reusable content, media, progress, and reporting infrastructure
  • Azure deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support

Grant-ready execution

Incubooter is structured to move quickly when a grant, pilot, or product opportunity needs a working prototype, credible technical plan, and clear commercialization path. We keep the scope practical: get the prototype working, collect real usability and feasibility evidence, then use that evidence to decide what should become production software.

Our current MORE direction is intentionally focused on same-device collaboration because it is technically distinct, classroom-realistic, and aligned with the way students use in-room iPads.

  • Fast prototype planning and implementation
  • Usability, feasibility, privacy, and pilot-readiness support
  • Phase II and commercialization planning for funded work
